A luxury 5 bed detached villa on the world renown Golf Resort of Mosa Trajectum. It is situated 10 minutes west of Murcia and 15 minutes east of the Mar Menor and San Javier Airport. The villa has stunning views overlooking communal gardens and fairways, with a backdrop of the mountains of Murcia’s Nature Reserve.

The urbanization has 24 hour patrolled security service and a manned gated entrance. The complex also has a sports bar, wine bar, children’s play area, tennis and paddle tennis, all in walking distance. If you have more guests than you can cope with, then there is the beautiful 15 bedroom hotel parador onsite with all the charm paradors offer.

All the bedrooms are double and the 5th bedroom totally occupies the second floor with it’s own roof terrace. It’s dimentions are approximately 30ft square and makes a great office or games room, if not a bedroom.

Most windows and doors have shutters and insect screens. There is parking for 2 cars plus a large garage with electric door. It has a large gated entrance with intercom.
The kitchen is high quality with a seamless integrated stainless steel work top and ceramic hob. There is plenty of cupboard space including a large larder unit. The kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Oven and American-style fridge freezer. Under the kitchen sink is a special filtering unit which gives you filtered refreshing water straight from the tap. There is enough space for a large table to give you extra work surface space or informal family dining.

The utility room has a sink and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and more storage.

The Lounge is very large with a real fireplace, should you want to see that homely glow. There are two patio doors which go out onto the large terrace and a solid wood wall cabinet with shelves and cupboards. The dining area is large enough for a 8-10 seater table. This is a great family room with lots of charm.

4 of the bedrooms are double rooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large bathroom onsuite with jacuzzi bath and shower over. The master bathroom has a bath with shower over. The fifth bedroom is on the second floor and is over 30ft square and could also make a great games room or teenagers lounge. It is a very versatile room.

There is a toilet and shower room on the ground floor, ideal for a quick shower before or after being in the pool.
