There is a shop and two restaurants within walking distance and the large Carrefore/Petrol Station is about 4 min drive away.

It is located in a small exclusive complex set in Sub-Tropical Gardens with a Large Pool, Sun-loungers, a Sauna and Games room, along with private secure gated parking and a lift to the apartment door.
The entrance is private and the complex safe.

The apartment has the benefit of two terraces offering all day sunshine.
The large main terrace has a dining area shaded by a parasol along with recliner chairs and footstalls.
The second terrace overlooks the pool and mountains and is a great place to relax and watch the sun go down.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and sleeps 4.
The living room has leather sofas, TV, Satellite, Hi-Fi, Dining Table and Chairs and soft lighting, with doors leading onto the Main Terrace.

The Twin Bedroom has two beds, mirror and fitted wardrobes and drawers.
The guest bathroom has a bidet, bath and shower.

The Kitchen and Utility areas are fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a door leading to the second terrace overlooking the pool and grounds.
