Dear Sir/Madam,
I have listed below my requirements and would be grateful for any help you can give.
Prefered Property: Villa, Village House or Country House
Minimum Bedrooms 5
Minimum Bathrooms 2
Location: Valencia, Murcia, Andalucia, Castilla La Mancha, Catalonia (I know this covers a very wide area but it gives us a wider choice)
To rent for 1 year starting end of February or beginning of March (or if something good is going to come up a little later, perhaps April this would be fine too).
Maximum of £1000 per month rent.
Just to give you a little more information about us.
Both myself and my husband have been in the hotel business for some years and would like to move to Spain with the view of starting a small Bed and Breakfast business there.
As we are not familiar with Spanish rules and regulations with regards to running this kind of business we thought it would be a good idea to rent a property that is either already a B&B, has previously been a B&B or the owners would be amiable towards us using it as a B&B.
This would then give us the time to see if we can make this kind of venture work in Spain and also give us the time to look at where we would prefer to settle, at which time we would then buy a house to run as a business for the longterm.
Our preferance is a property outside of a town, possibly with a little bit of land (as I am also a keen gardener) but at this point we would be happy to make arrangements to come out and view any properties you might think suitable.
