This stunning and spacious apartment is a ‘must stay at location’. It is situated at Residential Vista Mar, which is just around the corner from the new Marina in Gran Tarajal. Front line to the coastal beach and cliffs, with stunning views all the way down the southern Jandia lighthouse. Residential Vista Mar is unique and stands out for its first class quality of build and design. Still very little known, yet stands out amongst the rest.

An exceptionally well appointed interior with comfortable beds, and a large sun terrace that has plenty of room for sun beds and dining alfresco. Overlooking the 25meter salt chlorinated pool (LED lights lighting it up at night) It’s a good romantic getaway. There is also a separate circular children’s pool if occupied by families. Both pools are enclosed with aesthetically pleasing safety fencing for safety and peace of mind. There is also a fantastic private gymnasium equipped with exercise bikes/free weights and all the usual fixed equipment you would expect in a comprehensive gym. Separate male/female changing rooms and showers. The sports facilities are only for the enjoyment of the residence and guests of these apartments. A stay here is like a stay in your own private health farm!
Within a few minutes walk of the main town for shopping/restaurants and a sparkling black sandy beach, that makes Gran Tarajal a very special place and very well worth spending a truly relaxing chill out vacation.
