The apartment is 3km from Cambrils Port and beach and 5km from the busy town of Salou. The very popular Port Aventura theme park is only 15 minutes away and the historic town of Barcelona is approximately 1 hours drive away.
There is a golf course, a tennis court and a basketball court close to the apartment and a supermarket approx 50 metres away. There are a number of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance.
The apartment sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms and has two full bathrooms both with showers. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep a further 2 people if needed. Villa Sole e Mare is located in a residential area of Elche, Costa Blanca on a hillside called “Pena de las Aguilas” with lovely views over the countryside and the town, particularly from the villa’s large roof terrace . A peaceful area, far from the beaten tourist track. Shops and a bus stop are within easy walking distance while the city centre, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, banks are just over 5 minutes by car. Beautiful sandy beaches are only 13 km away from the property and if you want to visit Alicante, the motorway will get you there in no more than 25 minutes and Benidorm in under an hour. Situated in Vilanova I la Geltrú just south of the popular beach resort of Sitges and only 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, this remarkable villa is a rare example of “Neo Mudejar” architecture.

On the second floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms (one with a sitting room or children bedroom), all of which have access to private terraces with sofa, and are all en- suite. There is also a double room in the ground floor, en suite with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is the breathtaking entrance hall, the extensive salon and bar (with satellite TV and DVD Bang and Olufsen) and a large games room with a pool table, chess and music system. There is a large dining room, the kitchen which has all possible amenities, a double bedroom en suite, the covered porch and seating areas for dining al fresco. There is Internet access in the ground floor.
In total there are therefore 9 double bedrooms to sleep 21 people in the maximum of comfort. Possibilities exist of extra sleeping arrangements for small children if required.
